The value of commercial real property is correlated to the income the property generates. We concentrate on increasing the income stream by implementing a tenant retention program, proven to achieve the desired results.

  • Tenant Retention
    We maintain an ongoing procdure for handling tenant requests and complaints, and keep records of each instance. Complaints, if any will recieve an immediate response. This is the first step in resolution, by ensuring that the tenant feels confident about open communication with our mangement. We build a friendly and professional rapport, which makes for a quick solution and confidence that the tenant will be satisfied with the results. Our policy si such that the tenat always recieves courteous service and easy accessibility to our personell.


  • Lease Review
    Using practical and reasonable methods, we monitor, review and enforce terms and conditions of every lease we proxy for our owners.

  • Tenant Moves
    Whether a tenant is moving in or vacating our managed space, we work to the date by scheduling and coordinating the event. On the critical day of the move we supervise from start to finish. For new tenants this establishes a personalized relationship. For vacating tenants, we ensure that the integrity of the space is protected.


  • Leasing Activity
    As your property managers, we assign brokers to your property to be pro-active in securing leases in your available space. If your property is more specialized, we will hire and supervise another firm which specializes the objectives of your property.

  • Defaults
    As part of our ongoing management process, we monitor any arrearages that occur with a tenant. If necessary, and with your approval, we take all the reasonable steps to collect and eliminate past due amounts.
